State of Wisconsin Authorized to Administer Lead-Based Paint Renovation and Education Programs

The State of Wisconsin has been authorized by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to administer and enforce requirements for a renovation, repair and painting program and a lead-based paint pre-renovation education program in accordance with federal regulations, following a 45-day public comment period that began on October 20, 2009, and is set to expire on December 15, 2009.
