EPA Proposes 18-Month Stay on Fugitive Emissions Rule
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing an 18-month extension of a stay on including fugitive emissions in the federal Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) program, which was initially set to expire on March 31, 2010. This extension would allow the EPA sufficient time to finalize a decision on the inclusion of fugitive emissions in the PSD program.
