EPA Extends Comment Period for Dioxin Soil Remediation Goals

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for draft recommended interim preliminary remediation goals for dioxin in soil at CERCLA and RCRA sites by 35 days, from February 26, 2010, to April 2, 2010, in response to public requests.
