EPA Authorizes Eastern Research Group to Access Confidential Business Information

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Eastern Research Group (ERG), a contractor based in Lexington, Massachusetts, permission to access confidential business information submitted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This authorization allows ERG to review sensitive data related to the TSCA, which may include confidential business information (CBI).
