Nicosulfuron Pesticide Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a regulation establishing time-limited tolerances for residues of nicosulfuron, a pesticide, on Bermudagrass, forage, and hay. The tolerances, granted in response to crisis exemptions under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), expire on December 31, 2011.
