EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the Commonwealth of Virginia's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) which includes changes to definitions, including the definition of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), without prior public comment period, citing a noncontroversial nature of the submission.
