EPA Proposes Test Rule for High Production Volume Chemicals

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) that would require manufacturers, importers, and processors of certain chemicals to conduct health and environmental testing, in order to obtain screening level data.
