EPA Proposes Rhode Island Has Met 1997 Ozone Standard

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that the entire state of Rhode Island has met the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for ozone, based on monitoring data from 2006-2008 and preliminary 2009 data.
