Notice of Settlement Agreement for Tar Creek Superfund Site Waste Repository

The U.S. Agency is issuing a notice of settlement agreement for the construction of a waste repository on a property in Ottawa County, Oklahoma, to resolve potential liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980. The settlement includes a covenant not to sue for liability related to hazardous substance disposal and will be open for public comment for 30 days.
