Colorado Bumper Exchange Site to Pay $18,000 to EPA for Past Response Costs
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reached a settlement agreement with Colorado Bumper Exchange, Inc. to pay $18,000 for past response costs at the Colorado Bumper Exchange Site in Pueblo, Colorado, in exchange for a covenant not to sue for reimbursement of those costs.
