EPA Proposes to Approve Iowa Operating Permits Program Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Iowa State Operating Permits Program, which aims to increase emissions fees for the Title V Operating Permits Program. This revision was submitted by the State of Iowa on February 20, 2009, and is based on section 502 of the Clean Air Act and implementing regulations.
