EPA Approves Iowa State Operating Permits Program Revision to Increase Emissions Fees

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the Iowa State Operating Permits Program, which aims to increase fees for the Title V Operating Permits Program, effective as of February 20, 2009, in accordance with the Clean Air Act and implementing regulations.
