EPA Proposes Addition of Eight Sites to National Priorities List (NPL) Under Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed adding eight contaminated sites to the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of hazardous substance releases and threats across the United States, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
