EPA Clarifies Regulatory Text for Paints and Allied Products Manufacturing Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a technical amendment to the 2009 final rule on National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Paints and Allied Products Manufacturing Area Source Standards, making minor corrections to the regulatory text without altering the level of health protection provided by the rule.
