EPA Seeks Public Comment on Request to Use Unregistered Pesticide to Control Bacterial Canker in Oregon Cherry Orchards

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comment on an Oregon Department of Agriculture request to use the unregistered pesticide kasugamycin to treat up to 2,000 acres of newly planted cherry orchards in Oregon to control bacterial canker.
