EPA Proposes Approval of Minnesota Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a site-specific revision to the Minnesota State Implementation Plan for particulate matter less than 10 microns (PM 10 ) for Aggregate Industries Yard A Facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota, which will help protect the air quality of Ramsey County.
