EPA Approves Delaware's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan Amendment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Delaware, which amends the sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions limit for Conectiv Edge Moor Unit 5, starting from 2009, under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
