EPA Seeks Public Comment on Fipronil Exemption for Rutabaga and Turnip Crop Control

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on an Oregon Department of Agriculture request to use the pesticide fipronil to control the cabbage maggot on up to 600 acres of rutabagas and turnips, a practice supported by the Interregional (IR)-4 program and previously requested in multiple years.
