EPA Finalizes Regulations for Renewable Fuel Standard Program

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized regulations implementing changes to the Renewable Fuel Standard program, which will require the use of specific volumes of cellulosic biofuel, biomass-based diesel, advanced biofuel, and total renewable fuel in transportation fuel, starting from 2010.
