EPA Proposes Approval of North Dakota State Implementation Plan Revisions for Air Pollution Control

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to North Dakota's air pollution control rules and interstate transport of air pollution requirements under the Clean Air Act, addressing the 1997 PM2.5 and 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
