New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address Clean Air Act Citizen Suit

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has proposed a settlement agreement to address a consolidated citizen suit filed in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, related to a permit for the RRI Energy Portland Generating Station in Pennsylvania, following a series of denials and petitions for review filed between 2006 and 2009.
