EPA Withdraws Significant New Use Rule for 1-Propene, 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a significant new use rule (SNUR) for the chemical substance 1-Propene, 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-, which was previously subject to a premanufacture notice (PMN) P-07-601. The EPA is replacing the withdrawn SNUR with a proposed SNUR, which will be published separately under a notice and comment rulemaking process.
