EPA Approves Texas Revisions to Major and Minor New Source Review State Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Texas Major and Minor New Source Review State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes changes to permit voiding and extension procedures, as submitted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on September 25, 2003.
