EPA Cancels Amendments to Terminate Uses of Pesticides

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a cancellation order for amendments to terminate uses of certain pesticides, following a voluntary request from the product registrants. The order, announced in a February 10, 2010 Federal Register Notice, comes after a 30-day comment period during which no substantive comments were received.
