EPA Approves New Mexico's Plan to Reduce Air Pollution

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of New Mexico to address air pollution from interstate transport, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) section 110(a)(2)(D)(i) for the 1997 ozone and PM 2.5 standards.
