EPA Approves Texas Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) that establish the Rebate Grant Process and the Texas Clean School Bus Program, while also amending the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) and Locally Enforced Motor Vehicle Idling Limitations, as part of the Clean Air Act (CAA) implementation.
