EPA Seeks Comments on Renewal of National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plans Information Collection Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on a proposed renewal of an existing approved information collection request, which is scheduled to expire on August 31, 2010, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1992.
