Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality to Receive EPA Authority for Implementing New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality has been granted authority by the Environmental Protection Agency to implement and enforce New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for certain sources in the state, following the submission of updated regulations.
