EPA Extends Comment Period for Hydrogen Sulfide Toxic Chemical Release Reporting

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period for lifting the Administrative Stay of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) section 313 toxic chemical release reporting requirements for hydrogen sulfide until May 12, 2010, following a request for an extension.
