EPA Requests Comment on Clean Air Act Rule Amid Reconsideration Petition

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a Clean Air Act rule, the New Source Review (NSR) Aggregation Amendments, which was introduced in 2009 in response to a petition from the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). The EPA is considering revoking the rule and extending the stay on its implementation.
