EPA Issues Final Rule to Correct Inert Ingredient Name and CAS Numbers for Polyglyceryl Phthalate Ester of Coconut Oil Fatty Acids

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule to correct the inert ingredient name and CAS numbers for polyglyceryl phthalate ester of coconut oil fatty acids, which was previously exempt from the requirement of a tolerance, as announced in the Federal Register on July 8, 2009.
