EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement Agreement for Chemical Leaman Tank Lines, Inc. Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a settlement agreement with Quality Distribution, Inc. to cover response costs at a contaminated site in New Jersey, allowing the public to comment on the proposal for 30 days.
