EPA Withdraws GHG Reporting Rule Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its direct final rule to amend the general provisions of the Mandatory Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reporting Rule, following receipt of comments that could be considered adverse, and will instead proceed with minor harmonizing changes to the rule.
