FDA Releases Guidance on Anthelmintic Drugs for Caprines

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a final guidance document (GFI #97) titled 'Effectiveness of Anthelmintics: Specific Recommendations for Caprines' to help the animal health industry develop studies on the effectiveness of anthelmintic drugs for goats and sheep. This document was developed by the International Cooperation on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Veterinary Medicinal Products (VICH) for veterinary use.
