EPA Authorizes Critical Use Exemption for Methyl Bromide in 2010
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule allowing the use of methyl bromide for critical applications in 2010, following a recent agreement among ozone-depleting substance parties to the Montreal Protocol.
