EPA Withdraws Approval of New Mexico State Implementation Plan Due to Adverse Comments

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its approval of New Mexico's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions, following receipt of timely adverse comments on the direct final rule published in 2010, which addressed Clean Air Act provisions for ozone and PM 2.5 standards.
