EPA to Regulate Lead-Safe Work Practices in Public and Commercial Buildings
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing regulations to address lead-based paint hazards in public and commercial buildings, following a notice of its intention to regulate renovation, repair, and painting under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
