EPA Approves Colorado's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State of Colorado's revisions to Regulation Number 1, which includes updated performance testing requirements for air curtain destructors, as submitted on August 3, 2007. The revisions were adopted by Colorado on October 2, 2006, and the EPA anticipates no adverse comments, with the approval set to take effect if no comments are received.
