EPA Approves Ohio's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Ohio's request to revise its State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act (CAA), which includes updates to rules for sources regulated under the Title V permitting program.
