The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Indiana's plan to meet the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) in Lake and Porter Counties, as well as the Chicago-Gary-Lake County, IL-IN ozone nonattainment area, through 2020.
