EPA Proposes Determination of Attainment for PM-10 in Fort Hall Nonattainment Area, Idaho

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that the Fort Hall PM-10 nonattainment area in Idaho has met the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of less than or equal to 10 microns (PM-10), based on monitored air quality data from 2009 and preliminary data for 2010.
