EPA Extends Public Comment Period for PSD and NSR: Aggregation Rule Reconsideration

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for its proposed reconsideration of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Nonattainment New Source Review (NSR): Aggregation rule until June 16, 2010, following requests received from stakeholders.
