US FDA Grants Time-Limited Exemption for Pesticide Ingredient

The US FDA has granted a temporary exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for a pesticide ingredient, allowing it to be used in crop and agricultural commodity formulations at levels up to 7% without needing a maximum permissible residue level.
