EPA Publishes Final Guidance for Federal Land Management in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is publishing a final guidance document for federal land management in the Chesapeake Bay watershed, aiming to reduce water pollution from nonpoint sources. The guidance is part of the Chesapeake Bay Protection and Restoration Executive Order, which was issued in 2009.
