EPA Delays Effective Date of PSD and NSR Rule Due to Judicial Review and Reconsideration

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has postponed the implementation of its 'Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Nonattainment New Source Review (NSR): Aggregation' rule until the completion of judicial review or reconsideration of the rule, following a petition for review.
