EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Mercury Emissions Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for its proposed rule on mercury emissions from gold mine ore processing and production facilities until June 28, 2010, following the initial April 28, 2010, publication date.
