EPA Submits Renewal of Information Collection Request for NESHAP Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew its Information Collection Request (ICR) for the National Emissions, Smoke, and Volatile Organic Compound Standards (NESHAP) for Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations, EPA ICR Number 1717.07, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
