EPA Revokes Significant New Use Rule for Polyalkyl Phosphate

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revoked a significant new use rule for polyalkyl phosphate, a chemical substance previously covered by a premanufacture notice, due to new information and test data that no longer indicate significant new uses.
