EPA Approves District of Columbia's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Transportation Conformity Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the District of Columbia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for Transportation Conformity Regulations, which will be implemented as a direct final rule without prior proposal due to the Agency's expectation of no adverse comments.
