EPA Approves Air Quality Implementation Plan for District of Columbia
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the District of Columbia State Implementation Plan (SIP) that establish general and transportation conformity regulations for the area, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
